Hi

Today I went to turn my data on and it said insert sim card. My sim card hasn't changed and has always been in. I went into sim manager to turn it off and on again but it's not letting me. I press confirm to turn it off but it stays showing as on, even though it's not registering. I have restarted my phone multiple times but no help. I have also tried installing the software update but it keeps giving me unknown error. It's a samsing s22

Hey there @Saffie Midgley, welcome to Community!

In this instance, it may be best to get a free replacement SIM card.

You can collect a free physical SIM card from any Currys store. Simply go in during store opening hours and ask a member of staff for a free replacement iD SIM card. Once received, you can activate it to your number below:

https://my.idmobile.co.uk/activate-sim-outside

Or, you can contact us via our live-chat, and we can post a new physical SIM via DPD, or an eSIM via email:

Thanks,

Tyler

If you're encountering an error while registering your TNT SIM, it could be due to several reasons such as incorrect personal information, network connectivity issues, or unactivated SIM cards. It’s also possible that account restrictions or browser issues are causing the problem. Make sure your details are accurate, your SIM is activated, and your internet connection is stable. If the issue persists, contact ID Mobile's customer support for assistance.

Hi @juila,

I can see that you mentioned TNT SIM, are you currently abroad?

If you are having any issues with your iD Mobile SIM, I would advise calling our Live Chat Team.
