Help please, I have just changed my plan, I was already with ID and now I have a new plan and sim.  How can I close the old plan and transfer my number please ?

Unfortunately @Fiona Holdsworth, you can’t transfer a number from one iD plan to another iD plan. 

Get a PAC for the old plan and give this to another (PAYG) service provider. Using the PAC from iD will close your old plan and transfer the number you want keep to the other service provider.

Once switch completes, get a PAC from the other service provider (for the number you want to keep), and give that to iD Mobile, to use with your new iD plan.

    Hey there @Fiona Holdsworth, welcome to Community!

     

    As @andewhite has kindly advised, you cannot transfer your phone number from one iD plan to another I’m afraid, only can you keep your number via directly upgrading via your account.
