I want to switch my daughter from o2 to ID and add her to my account t as she’s 15. How do I do this and allow her to keep her old mobile number?

Hey there ​@HannahT, you will need to purchase a completely new plan under your own name or someone whose over 18, and then you can follow the below to add the plan to your login/account:

 

 

 

To keep her number, you’ll need to fill out the PAC form at checkout, or anytime via the link below:
