SIM only works on 4g. Tried on 3 different phones still 4g.Ly brother tried on his phone ( he has id SIM which receives 5g) my SIM still only works on 4g.

Could be an issue if you’re using an iD SIM card obtained years ago,

Is the other iD Mobile SIM card getting 5G in the exact same area where you aren’t?

Hi - I have been unable to access live chat all day. I have been with ID mobile for several years and now have a new 5g ready phone and need a 5g ready replacement SIM & want to keep my old phone number. My nearest Curry’s is 30 mins a way and taking an hour plus out of my day to get a replacement would be quite an inconvenience for me. Please would you advise how I can get one posted to me and how to keep my old number. Thank you.
