SIM not working


I received my new iD SIM card since yesterday but every time I insert it comes up as no SIM - no service and I have tried everything, restarting my phone, cleaning the SIM with a microfibre cloth, turning my airplane mode on and off, etc.

Nothing has worked and I contacted my previous provider yesterday (O2) to stop my contract as I am moving to iD

What else can I do?
