sim not working


Hello, my new SIM card is meant to work without needing to activate it, however,  it doesn't work. My phone cannot pick up that the SIM is there, the network says no service, I've tried flight mode, restarting, putting it in another device, checked the network coverage and phone compatibility... I've done it all. Still no luck. Please help.

Just ask iD for a replacement SIM, @DeeHast.

Sorry to hear this, it may also be worth trying a replacement SIM card, which can be picked up from any Currys store and activated here.

 

What device(s) are you using the iD Mobile SIM card inside?
