Hi, I have just returned from a weeks holiday in Cornwall, before i went I added a Lebara sim to my phone as I knew that the id network had no coverage where i was going.

My phone can take 2 Sims. I have now returned home and my id SIM doesn't work. Any way to get it working again?

Tia.

Think iD network is down, I couldn't  make calls or receive any, I've changed my SIM card to a new one and it's still the same.

Hi @Martin Dymond,

Welcome to the Community!

It sounds like your SIM may have become faulty.

Please can you try a replacement SIM and see if that improves things.

You can collect a replacement SIM by visiting your local Curry’s store or by contacting our Live Chat Team.
