sim not working

Been on id for a while now. Sim just stopped working today can’t make calls or use data unless connected to WiFi. Tried friends sim on phone and worked! Can’t contact id by phone anywhere? Such a joke may have to change provider. Any ideas anyone?

Can you please confirm if you have made any changes to your plan recently or ordered a replacement eSIM?

Is your handset currently not recognising your SIM or showing no signal/service? 

 

Finally, can you please confirm your handset make/model and if you are happy to do so, your full postcode.
