Hi can someone help please can't make or receive call or texts but sim works in a different phone and different sim works in my phone so I know it not the handset pay monthly sim

Is it possible the SIM card was deactivated in the device it no longer works in? If so, you may not be able to use that SIM card in that device anymore.
It may be worth trying a replacement SIM card, which can be picked up from any Currys store and activated at the link below.
