Could someone help me? I’ve ordered 3 sim only deals for myself and my 2 sons. Where going to keep our numbers. I know we need our pac codes. But I’m not sure who’s sim is for who.. mine is different contact to my sons. Does it actually matter which one I use? As long as the transaction number goes with the right pac code is that ok?

You need to text "PAC" to 65075 from the phone number you want to keep.
This needs to be done individually from each number/SIM to be able to swap.

Can I ask why you don’t know which SIM/number belongs to which person?

So, to clarify…
Your number:-
Text ‘PAC’ to 65075 to get a PAC code and then give that code to your new provider.

Repeat the above for the SIMs that you have for your 2 sons.

If you look at the actual SIM it may state the phone number it is allocated to and you can determine which one belongs to who and go from there.

    To clarify, are you porting the three numbers over to iD Mobile from another provider? 

    Also, have you ordered the same plan on all three SIM’s?
