Can I convert my contract to sim only as I need to get my young son his own contract

    Hi ​@MRSE27,

     

    Yes, you can move to a SIM-only plan, but the timing depends on the type of plan you're currently on.

     

    If you're on a handset contract, you'll need to wait until you're within the final 24 days of your minimum term before you can switch to a SIM-only plan.

     

    Once you're eligible, our Sales team will be able to help you review the available SIM-only options and arrange the change for you.
