Sim only or new plan


I went to upgrade to a SIM only deals, I've just received a SIM card through the post and now I think I've ordered a new phone contract, how can I check if I have upgraded or if I've got 2 phone numbers?

Hey there ​@King shrimp, if you login to the iD Mobile app/website via your current account, it’ll show if you’ve upgraded or not. Or, if you check your order confirmation, it’ll show whether it states if it’s an upgrade or not.

 

Or, please call our sales team on 02071391397 between 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday for further assistance.

Ok thanks ​@Tyler, it looks like I bought a new one, how would I cancel it and how can I upgrade to SIM only if I can't see any SIM only plans on the upgrade section?

Yes ​@Anika I've accidentally set up a new contract, I was looking for the SIM only deals on my account but couldn't see any, then saw some on the general website thinking it was an upgrade

Yes please I would like to cancel it, I can't find any SIM only deals on my personal account however

Hey there ​@King shrimp, no problem. In that case, if no SIM only plans are showing via your account, I’d recommend calling the number we sent above during opening hours, and they should be able to assist with the cancellation of your order and help you order an upgrade, as we cannot offer sales/upgrades over social media at all I’m afraid.

 

If you do call them and they manage to help you upgrade but not cancel, then please do let us know and we can help with the return/cancellation process here.

So can you not offer upgrades on the website? Because I can see offers for upgrades on new phones but not SIM only deals

Hi there ​@King shrimp, if no SIM only contracts are showing as upgrades when logged in, then you would need to call the sales team via the number above, or contact our live-chat to see if they can offer you one:

We cannot handle sales over social media or add an upgrade deal to your account I’m afraid.
