I have changed to a sim only contract at £12 per month but I have still be charged £47 for my old contract.

Can you please let me know if I am due a refund.

Thanks

Was this two separate direct debit payments (i.e. £12 and £47), @Margaret Lennon?

You might not have cancelled the iD contract costing £47/month - just to say, an iD contract only ends when you give iD 30-days notice of cancellation, or get a PAC or STAC from iD and then switch to another service provider.

Hey there @Margaret Lennon, thank you for reaching out.

As kindly asked by @andewhite, were you charged only one payment, or both the new and old amount please?

Thanks,

Tyler
