Hi,  

    I'm looking upgrade my SIM only plan to contract phone and getting a better deal from other website.

   If I get a new contract, is transfer of number possible internally?

Hey there @jainvikas8, to keep your phone number, you’d need to upgrade via the “Upgrades” tab when logged into the iD Mobile app/website, or you can call our sales team on 02071391397

 

It’s impossible to internally transfer your phone number from one contract to another on the same network, including ours I’m afraid.

Unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to transfer a number already with iD Mobile to another iD Mobile plan, sorry.
