Sim Only Upgrade Deal not available

I have the option today to upgrade. When I click on the link I am taken to the upgrade page, but it is only showing upgrades to new phones. I would like to keep my new phone and upgrade to a sim only deal.

Is there a reason why the sim only deals are not showing?

So @kpax, if you’re still within the 24-month minimum term of your iD handset contract, then SIM only upgrade options may not appear yet. 

You can also discuss your upgrade options with the iD sales team, by calling 020 7139 1397.

Hi @kpax, @andewhite is correct here. It’ll be worthwhile calling our sales team on 0207 1391 397 if there’s anything further they can offer.

Just to also add, you’re only able to upgrade to a SIM only contract within the last 30-days of your contract. For a 24-month phone deal, you’re able to upgrade up to 60-days before.
