sim swap?

Hi everyone,

I ordered a phone on contract via mobiles.co.uk. Unfortunately the phone and SIM could not be delivered. However, mobiles.co.uk have sent a replacement phone and SIM card. How can I get my contract transferred to the new SIM they sent? What information do I need to provide ID?

Hi @Mo6655335, you should be able to activate the replacement SIM via the iD app or your account online if you have access. However, if you don’t, and you haven’t managed to activate the SIM so far, just let us know here and we’ll be happy to send a PM and activate on our end.
