Hi I have moved to Australia and I’m not receiving any SMS from my ID UK number. I’m locked out of my emails and other accounts and need to receive a text to my uk number. I use an iPhone and have an e sim. Can you help with what I need to do? Do I need to ask someone in the uk to get me a sim and assign my number to a new sim and then will it be able to just be put in another iPhone to receive a text or can I get a sim and put it in a simple phone you don’t need to log in to? It’s urgent my emails locked and need access to my accounts through it

Have you tried speaking to iD support at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat? 

The iD customer advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.

Have you used your services on iD Mobile in the UK before using them in Australia?

 

It may also be worth putting your bill cap above £0 if it isn’t already to see if this helps.
