SMS message failures

I’ve recently switched to ID Mobile and everything works fine except my text (SMS) messages. 
When I send a text message, I get a ‘message failed to send’ notification, even though the recipient does in fact receive the message. 

However, when they reply, I don’t receive their response!

Ive reloaded the SIM card and also have good mobile coverage, so that’s not the problem.  I use an iPhone SE which has always worked well.

Anyone have any ideas how to fix this problem please?

We are very sorry for the delay in reply and for the issues with the text service. 

Can you please check your number is showing correctly in the handset? 

This would be in Settings - Apps - Phone - My Number. 

 

The number will need to begin with +44 and not 0 please.
