Hello, I am trying to reply to a message from my bank but is continually coming up with " not sent, check options" When I click on check options it comes up with "resend or delete" when I resend it takes me back to the original problem. Any help will be greatly appreciated

Are you replying a short code number?

If so, these incur a charge and if your account cap limit is set to only pay for your package each month then it will not send i.e. if you are on a £6/mth package and your cap limit is set to £6/mth to pay for this, then ‘extra’ charges will not be allowed.

To increase your bill cap to allow extra charges then:-
‘Simply log in to the iD Mobile app or My Account online and adjust your bill cap on the settings page’

You can alter this to an affordable amount that covers other charges you may incur on top of your monthly bill.

Where do I find " manage ID services"


Open the iD Mobile app, click on plan located at the bottom of your screen and select Manage your iD services.
