somethings wrong with my bill


I've gone into the app to find out it's not working and I've had to change over to the new app, so I did that and I've looked at my bill and for some reason it's around £30 more than it should be. I have been trying to live chat for days but can't ever get anyone as all advisors are busy. My plan has a cap of £5 and I have unlimited on everything so I'm struggling to see how this can be. My bill is usually £59.99 and on the app it's saying my next bill is £85. I just want to be able to get in contact with someone to find out what has happened. I've never had a problem my bill it's always the same amount every month. I always pay. Can someone please help me I'm really worried

I didn't know you could contact them on messenger. I'll have a look and see if I can work out how to do it. Thank you

Just incase anyone else has this issue with the app showing their bill at the wrong price, I ended up sending a message on Facebook messenger and got a reply pretty quickly. They have said that my bill looks normal and there is a known problem with the app showing wrong information. So I feel alot better because an extra £30 on my bill was a massive shock. Hopefully this can help someone else

I didn't know you could contact them on messenger. I'll have a look and see if I can work out how to do it. Thank you 

Thank you, I had never even thought of reaching out through social media before. This was a really helpful answer and I managed to get things sorted very quickly. I would recommend contacting through messenger to anyone having an issue as they do reply very quickly. So thank you for your help
