I've gone into the app to find out it's not working and I've had to change over to the new app, so I did that and I've looked at my bill and for some reason it's around £30 more than it should be. I have been trying to live chat for days but can't ever get anyone as all advisors are busy. My plan has a cap of £5 and I have unlimited on everything so I'm struggling to see how this can be. My bill is usually £59.99 and on the app it's saying my next bill is £85. I just want to be able to get in contact with someone to find out what has happened. I've never had a problem my bill it's always the same amount every month. I always pay. Can someone please help me I'm really worried

Try using Facebook Messenger, usually get an answer in reasonable time.
