Could anyone please tell me if Sony Xperia 10 vi can be used after 3G shutting down? I checked the ID mobile compatible list. It's not listed but the phone is quite newly made so I want to double check.

Welcome and thank you for posting to us here on the community.
Your handset does not appear on the compatible phone list which does mean that it may not be compatible following the switch off of 3G in your area.
From what we can see, you may be able to enable VoLTE using the following steps.
Settings → Network & Internet → Mobile network → Preferred network type → 4G (preferred)/3G/GSM. Tap the switch beside Enable VoLTE
