I get this error whenever I dial 123

I’d have to say that FAQ - https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/voicemail#faq-item-6 - is out of date.
Via the app → tap on Plan → scroll down to Manage your iD services on tap on that → toggle Voicemail on AND scroll down a bit more and click Save
It can take around 10 mins for the system to update. It might also be worth restarting the phone if 123 still doesn’t work (assuming the phones voicemail setting is also on)

The link you have provided says that I should log on, select Account and then select Services. However I cannot see an Account option.
