I have a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. The call quality is really poor. Especially when using speakerphone. My partner is the same and she's also and ID mobile customer. It is the same no matter where in Scotland we are and if we are indoors or outdoors. Anyone else have issues, especially with calls on speakerphone?

Sounds like there may be a problem with the handset. I’d recommend contacting Samsung for repair and diagnostics options.
