Still not receiving calls or sms's

Is anyone still having isses with there phone, after the next work went down im still not receiving any calls and messages via text. Iv been to currys and got a new sim other than that currys cant help with anything else. 

 

PLEASE HELP!

    iv tired that several times. restting newwork settings aswell and nothing
