My mum ordered a new phone 3 days ago, she received the confirmation of order email but has not received anything since. I’ve been unable to do a live chat as operators too busy. 2 days ago, my husband ordered a new phone through exactly the same website and his phone is being delivered today. Is there a problem with my mums order?

It sounds like there could be, we’d recommend having the account holder contact us themselves via their own account so we can assist them directly, or they could call the sales team on 0207 1391 397.
