My phone was stolen months ago. Haven't cancelled but need to now. How do I do this? How do I pay the outstanding balance?

You’ll be able to cancel by contacting a member of the team. You can contact the live chat here:
Alternatively, we’ll be able to send you a PM to set up a cancellation on our end. If you’d prefer this option, just let us know.
To pay any outstanding balance, you’ll also be able to call the automated payment service in 0333 003 0001 or 0333 003 7777.
