Took out an upgrade on my contract but DPD failed to deliver my phone on 2 attempts it then got returned to the supplier. I have discovered myself the phone was returned to Curry's they have now cancelled there side of the contract ID mobile live chat agents are unable to locate my phone despite them supposedly sending numerous emails to the supplier. They keep promising to contact me back but never do so I have to contact live chat and repeat the whole story which gets longer every time. 1 month on I still have no phone which I am paying for and no response from ID. Can anyone help with how I can resolve this please. All I want is my phone.
