Stuck without proof of usage document for an entire month

I am not able to continue with my insurance claim for a broken iphone as ID mobile will not provide with me a proof of usage document for the dates I need and I now need to wait until late next month for the invoice for the current period before they will provide a separate proof of use document? They have already confirmed that the proof of usage document and invoice are different, just very concerned as I will now be stuck without a phone for a month until I can get this document to process my insurance claim - need help urgently please no one on live chat will listen to me or help

Hey there ​@GJBunt, sorry to hear that. If you’re already in contact with us and you’ve been advised as you’ve said here, then we’d only be able to advise the same I’m afraid, and would recommend awaiting the time-period we’ve requested you to wait for so we can send a new proof of usage document then.
