I am not able to continue with my insurance claim for a broken iphone as ID mobile will not provide with me a proof of usage document for the dates I need and I now need to wait until late next month for the invoice for the current period before they will provide a separate proof of use document? They have already confirmed that the proof of usage document and invoice are different, just very concerned as I will now be stuck without a phone for a month until I can get this document to process my insurance claim - need help urgently please no one on live chat will listen to me or help
