I finally got to this point in trying to log into my account SUCCESS now all I had to do was enter my mobile phone number last name and date of birth which I did. The reply came back Sorry your details do not match our records. So back to square one I suppose….help. Thank you

Thank you for looking into my problem. I actually went onto live chat and after several attempts that still didn’t work I was advised to take my sim card out if my phone for two or three minutes and then reinstall.  This was the solution and I am able to get back into my account. Thank you.
