Sudden loss of signal

Hello

since Saturday my flat mate and I have completely lost signal at our home address. We’re both with iD and both have lost service at home since Saturday. We know it’s not a handset issue as we’re both having the same issue. We normally get a strong 4G signal at home, 5G outside our home. Now we are getting nothing. We have both been with iD a couple of months, and to be honest we’re really not happy with the service. Can somebody please look into why we have lost signal. Our post code affected is ME13 9SX
