Can’t see why not, @terlga

Not all UK mobile service providers deliver their SIM cards to a non-UK address.

Nothing to do with sim cards, on iPhone in settings-network selection.

Not all the networks listed will be an iD roaming partner, @terlga

What happens when you choose a different service provider?

Hi @terlga, what country are you currently roaming in?

We’d be able to provide a list of our network partners available in that country if you’re able to confirm. That way you can change networks via manual network selection.

Hi @terlga,

O2 and Telekom are our Roaming partners in Germany.

Please try both and let us know how you get on.
