I am helping an elderly lady who has moved into a care home. She no longer has her mobile phone and says she doesn't need one. She is still paying each month by direct debit. She can not find any paperwork, and she has forgotten the mobile number. How can I help her to cancel?

Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues attempting to cancel the account.
If possible we would recommend calling our Vulnerable customers line whilst you are with the account holder as they will be able to help.
