My account had been suspended due to the money been taken through direct debit and then bouncing back I don’t know why this has happened as there is plenty of money in the account. I’ve never missed a payment in all the years I’ve been with ID mobile this is the first time and they suspended my account immediately and when I try to contact them online it’s not letting me chat with anyone only taking me back to these answered questions etc and I carnt phone cos I’m cut off like trying to talk to a person to sort this out is so annoying

I’m sorry to hear this, should a manual payment need to be made we’d recommend using the iD Mobile website/app while logged in or calling our manual payment line on 0333 003 0001.

Try using Facebook Messenger, they usually answer in a reasonable time.
