Suspension not lifted after payment


I paid my bill but services have not been restored, tried to contact customer service on the chat but it said it shuts at 8pm and I wrote to them at 7:30pm. Feel like ID mobile has no support and I will definitely be leaving. What a joke.

I am literally suffering with the same problem. I paid a late bill, the services are supposed to resume after around 30mins. I've tried everything, turning phone off/on, phone settings, even removed and reinserted Sim, BUT STILL no data, Texts , or calls available.

So annoying, not had this issue before, the worst thing is that there is no one to contact about it.

Once you make payment it can take 2-24 hours for services to be restored.

In some instances you may need to restart the handset for your services to start working again.

Yeah same. Have had nothing but mider with ID. & cant talk to anyone. Joke.
