switch old number

Hello.

Just bought a contract from ID Mobile but cannot get my old number transferred over, I have a PAC code from three but when I enter all the info, old number, new number, PAC code, name and transaction number, into the ID Mobile online site, “Switch to ID Mobile” it always comes up as “Something went wrong!”.

Transaction number begins with 4

Please help!.
