switch to iD not fully funtional


Switched to iD and kept phone number . Was supposed to be complete 28 April but had an email yesterday to say complete. Big problem, can’t receive or make phone calls. What should I do ?

Hey there ​@Carol Pike, we’re sorry to hear that. Have you tried restarting your phone with the iD Mobile SIM card inside please?

Yes I did that thanks Tyler.  I have since been in touch online with iD chat. They have logged my issue and I'm waiting for them to come back to me
