switched yesterday and no service, cannot contact IMobile

I switched yesterday and although I can use WIFI I have no service. I can’t contact Imobile through live chat as for some reason it doesn’t recognise my postcode. There is no telephone number to contact them, I have tried switching my phone off and on to no joy. It still says on settings EE is my provider. Please help!

Remove the EE SIM/eSIM ​@Sara Francis.

Thanks for the reply, sadly that hasn’t worked, still no signal and I have switched the phone off and on also :(

What phone are you using and are you using an iD Mobile eSIM or physical SIM?

It’s an IPhone, works fine on WiFi but no signal/service. I took the physical sim out of my old handset but to no joy and on this phone I have an E sim. I can’t get through to a live agent as when I complete the form the AI ask me to complete it doesn’t recognise my postcode and won’t let me bypass this to speak to someone
