Switching from an E sim to a physical sim

I've been given a physical ID mobile simcard from a curry's store. The issue I'm having is that i wish to swap from E sim to a physical sim. How can i do this. 

 

I used to have an s22 running an E sim, but I've recently upgraded and now have an S24 ultra.

 

I wish to have a physically simcard as i need the e sim for foreign network and you can't run two e sims simultaneously.

 

I would have the following 

Physical simcard 

And e sim 

 

Does anyone know how to transfer my number from an e sim to this physical plastic sim i have

You’ll just need to activate your replacement SIM card at the below;
