Hi,I have bought a refurbished phone on contract with Id which includes a plan ,and came with a new sim and number , I already have a sim only plan with id,and I can’t seem to transfer my number,can I get a pac to transfer my number when they are both with id mobile,xx

No you can’t transfer your number direct from one iD contract to another. You would need to transfer the number to another network PAYG (Three & ASDA are popular) and then transfer it back to your new iD contract. Please be aware if you are still in the minimum term on your existing contract you may be charged an early termination fee when you port your number out.

Hey there @Jalison, as kindly advised by @MZone, you cannot directly transfer your number from one iD Mobile contract to another I’m afraid. You can only keep your number via upgrading, or via a triangle port, which is where you transfer your number to another network on Pay As You Go, then back to us via PAC code to the new contract. We can explain further if needed.
