I have changed over to ID and have opted to keep my old number. The date to transfer over was 10th July for both me and my wife’s numbers. As of yet, I can’t see this has happened. Who can I speak to to get an update on why it hasn’t happened?

I arranged for my old phone number to be switched to my new phone by registering my PAC code but on the day it was scheduled to happen I was overseas. I’m back in the UK now but my number has not been switched yet. Do I need to do something to make this happen?

my number was supposed to have been changed over today but I haven’t had any update.
