Is iD mobile only for i phones.

Welcome to the Community!

You can use iD Mobile SIM cards in 4G compatible handset.

Depending on the handset the features such as Wi-Fi Calling or 5G may be limited.

Hello team,

I am switching to your services today and would like to confirm how do I choose the following plan: 20 GB per month, 5G data, esim compatible, 50 countries for roaming included, unlimited minutes and texts for 6 GBP monthly.

Is this plan auto renewing on a monthly basis, please?

Hey there @Andrei Maretski, please check your invoice/order details, and it’ll confirm what plan your on. It’ll state if it’s a 1-month rolling, 12-month, 24-month or PAYG plan.

The roaming package is included with all of our contracts.
