Old number will not transfer across through PAC code because it was on sim only with ID before, how do I transfer it across to my monthly plan?

Are you trying to transfer a number already with iD Mobile to another iD Mobile plan?
Unfortunately this isn’t possible, only numbers from other networks can be transferred via PAC code.
To retain a number already with iD on a new plan, we’d recommend looking into upgrades.
