switching with pac code

I cannot get switched over to id with my pac code. It tells me there is not enough time to do the switch even though there was 6 days until my pac expired. I asked for a new pac, but was given the exact same one again. So now what do I do?

Hi @Lori141974 

 

We’d recommend having your previous network cancel the existing PAC code and then requesting a new one, this should be possible.

I got a new pac code, and I'm now connected to id but my number has not been retained. Why is this? I do not want a new number when I've had this one for years. How do I get this sorted?

It sounds like the port may have failed or routing issue.

I would advise that you contact our Customer Service Team via Live Chat Team.

The team can raise a ticket and have it investigated.
