My switchover from O2 to ID Mobile was supposed to have taken place on Monday (2 days ago) but as yet it hasn’t happened. I contacted ID Mobile using Live Chat on Monday afternoon and was told that the switchover would happen by 6pm on Monday. I also mentioned that I hadn’t received the eSim that I had requested. I was told that a physical sim would be posted to me and that I could request an eSim via the app.I have tried to add my number to the app, using my number, my surname and date of birth but I receive a message saying my details do not match ID Mobiles records.I spent around three hours yesterday and well over five hours today trying to get through to someone on Live Chat but all I get is the following message “I’m sorry. I’m not available to chat at this time. Please try again later and I will be glad to help you.”Any ideas? I just want someone to speak to me, sort out the switchover, arrange an eSim or sort out access to the app so that I can request an eSim.

Only 1 entry per person is permitted, duplicate entries will not be entered into the draw.

One winner will be selected at random by an independent person from all correct and eligible entries received. The prize will be delivered within 30 days of acceptance.

The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable and cannot be exchanged by a winner for an alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with a similar value prize.

The decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of this promotion. We make no representation or warranty in relation to the prizes provided and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall have no liability to you in relation to any prize, its fitness for purpose, merchantability or otherwise.

Upon request, the initials and county of the winner will be available by sending an SAE to the Promoter at the address below. Such requests should not be sent until 28 days after the draw.
