I just upgraded with iD, kept my old sim card, have a data cap of 75.00, turned on mobile data and roaming, but despite the 4g+ sign and the flashing arrows I have no data and keep getting messages "you may be out of data on xxxx" I've tried all the Swiss networks. I have to follow this link http://my.idmobile.co.uk/limit-reached.htm which tells me I'm out of data? Can anybody help?

Roaming in Switzerland can become very expensive as per the charges below.
Have you checked your usage and cap via the iD Mobile app or your account online?

With a bill cap of £75 for your iD account, you’d be out-of-data after using just 50MB of roaming mobile data in Switzerland,
If your handset has eSIM support, maybe just purchase a data-only eSIM to use in Switzerland.
I need to use my ID network in Switzerland next Friday. I was there yesterday and couldn't access any network to use my phone which was problematic as I needed it to send an email and for navigation. Please help as I'm going back there next week and need to access flight and train tickets.

Using 10MB of roaming data with iD will cost £15, using 100MB will cost £150 - navigation with mobile data won’t be cheap.

Have you enabled roaming via both your phone’s own settings, and the iD Mobile app/website?
Also, have you increased your bill cap via the iD Mobile app/website to allow for charges to go through?
