Is there actually a tech team in idmobile or is it just a way to put you off asking for help. Last week I was told they would contact me with 48 hours and nothing. This week told would contact me within 48 hours and nothing, raised an official complaint and nothing. No CEO email as he's too scared to deal with customer, looking for ideas of where to go next.
Issue is Motorola Razr 40 that works fine except will not take incoming calls and no notification of missed. Caller gets an odd 2 rings tone then it drops for them.
