Terrible coverage on Data no 4g 3g 2g even. No signal or slight coverage if i climb onto my roof

I'd mobile say 90 % plus coverage. But not here.

No 4g or phone signal in Honley west yorkshire

Our signal can’t and wouldn’t cover absolutely everywhere, please could you let us know the postcode(s) where you’ve had issues?

 

You have absolutely no phone signal here or just a weaker signal?

 

We wouldn’t recommend climbing onto your roof just to get a phone signal, that sounds rather dangerous.

My area said on the ID mobile signal checking excellent coverage. A total load of rubbish.

Asking for my money back.

I get 100 percent coverage with Vodafone so going back with them.

I will not recommend ID mobile.

I rang and went through everything with ID operator, was a total waste of time.

Hi @David Hammond 

 

The coverage checker isn’t 100% accurate and correct, all iD Mobile plans have the option to return within their cooling off period should you find the signal isn’t right for you, it may be worth considering.

Same issue I had facing in past, i was trying to cancel my contract but no one able to help me i find the solution via online by myself. Everything is fine working now I had upgraded my sim replacement and got new device.

if same things happens again I hardly take sec to switch to other network.

Decided not to cancel, ID sent me a pak code straight away, lady was great she was from Warrington.

Anyway the signal has started to work now and data, not brilliant but it's better now.

I have noticed tho, when the weather Is bad like rain or Fog this impacts the qaulity of the signal and data.

Anyway I'll keep with ID mobile as been so helpful trying to sort it.
