Hey i joined id mobile last week. I wanted to keep my old number. The number has transferred over on calls but not text. People are receiving text from the number that came with the phone and not my original number. Does anyone know how to sort it out please?  😊

Have you tried a NETWORK RESET on your handset, @Mrs Nicki?

The handset user guide explains how to do this, and it often fixes the issue.
