text messages not delivered

Hello 

please help!!! 
since switching to id mobile it’s saying my texts aren’t been delivered when they are. I’ve tried multiple Utube fixes but nothing works. 
I am loosing my patience FAST. 🤬🤬🤬
please help before I loose the plot!!!

Have you tried a NETWORK RESET on the handset with your iD SIM, @Katie Bambrough?

Check the phone number in Settings app is correct beforehand though.

The handset user guide should explain the reset procedures.

As @andewhite has kindly suggested, have you tried resetting network settings?

 

Also, have you checked that your phone number is correct in your settings?
