text messages not sending

I have recently signed up to id mobile with a iphone 15 but I can’t send text messages, they show as “not delivered”. Imessages work fine,I tried turning off imessages but texts still are not sent and “send as an SMS when imessage not available” is on.

Why is this problem happening? Help please

Have you tried a NETWORK RESET @MobileMac?
